A judge has decided the woman facing a murder charge for shooting a truck driver at an Interstate 80 rest stop may represent herself.
Last week, a judge determined 42-year-old Mariana Lesnic was mentally fit to stand trial.
On September 6, 2017 authorities found 60-year-old Ernest Kummer of Monroe dead inside the cab of his semi-truck with gunshot wounds at a rest stop off of I-80 near Victor in Iowa County.
The Iowa County Sheriff's Office believes Lesnic shot and killed Kummer.
Lesnic has no known address, but she was found with a Colorado license.
