Dubuque Man Pleads Guilty to Two Robberies

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A Dubuque man accused of robbing two places in June has pleaded guilty to lesser charges.

Originally, prosecutors charged Ryan Bandy with first and second degree robbery. Now Bandy, who is 24, has pleaded guilty to second degree robbery for both incidents.

Police say Bandy robbed the American Trust and Savings Bank on Kennedy Road on June 23rd. They arrested him a few minutes afterwards.

Investigators say he's also responsible for a robbery the night before at the Big Ten Mart, also on Kennedy Road.

A judge will sentence him on December 11th.
