CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- More 90 degree days are ahead for this afternoon and for the next 3 to 4 days. Keep in mind, fall arrives later this afternoon. Most of eastern Iowa will be pushing near record high temperatures. Not only will it be hot, it will be slightly uncomfortable with dew points rising.

The sunshine sticks around as well, through the day on Monday. It won’t be until late Monday into Tuesday when rain chances move back into the forecast. A cold front will move through and temperatures will definitely feel more like fall.
