The Delaware County Sheriff's Office said it's investigating a crash involving a car and train Monday morning.
It happened just before 11:25 a.m. at the crossing on 245th Avenue, which is east of the town of Delaware.
The driver refused treatment, according to the sheriff's office.
Charges are pending.
Deputies said the crossing is in a low-traffic volume area and does not have arms or warning lights.
