CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Cedar Falls Police have arrested a man accused of performing sex acts with a minor female in exchange for personal favors to the minor.
Jerry Evans, Jr., 54, is facing three counts of 3rd degree sex abuse, each a Class C felony.
Police said they received information about the abuse on April 2 and arrested Evans Tuesday following an investigation. Police said the sexual encounters between Evans and the minor had happened repeatedly throughout the girl's life.
If convicted, Evans faces up to 30 years in prison and up to $30,000 in fines.
