MANCHESTER, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- On February 14 the Manchester Police Department arrested a 19-year-old regarding a report of a sexual assault.
The sexual assault reportedly took place in the summer of 2017.
The person who reported the assault said their child was sexually assaulted by Luke Murray, 19, of Manchester.
An investigation found Murray had inappropriate sexual contact with a person under the age of 14.
Murray has been charged with 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse, a Class B Felony.
