Police are still investigating after two people were killed in a wrong-way crash on I-380 Monday night near Cedar Rapids.
Police say 69-year-old Robert Norton Junior of Iowa City was going south in the northbound lanes in a Toyota Prius when he crashed head-on into a car driven by 28-year-old Jennifer Koenighain of Cedar Rapids.
They both were deceased when rescue crews arrived.
Two other people in a third car that crashed after the first crash were taken to the hospital. Both are expected to survive.
