ARLINGTON, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says a man assaulted a 12-year-old, and now the man faces charges.
Deputies arrested 51-year-old Michael Recker of Arlington on Wednesday for child endangerment. The arrest comes after a week of investigations.
The U.S. Federal Probation Office assisted in the case, and also arrested Recker for a federal parole violation.
Recker already posted a $2,000 cash bond on the state warrant, but is still behind bars at the Fayette County Jail on the federal warrant.
